Better your Community Through Service
Seventy-five years. That’s how long the Junior League of Fort Wayne has been committed to improving the lives of women and children through volunteer leadership and our 85 Current and Past Community Projects. We strive to make a difference by developing and fostering cooperative partnerships in order to answer the unmet needs of our community.

We offer top-notch training

These skills will aid you not only in relation to community projects but in your personal and professional life also. We offer many opportunities to attend Junior League sponsored state, regional, and national conferences and training sessions in order to provide you with the most opportunities to foster your capabilities.
Maximize Your Leadership Skills
By serving on Junior League committees members have an opportunity to develop core skills that transfer well to both their professional and personal lives. League members are often afforded opportunities to serve in a variety of programs from local projects to national leadership programs. The JLFW offers various positions that provide for personal growth with the help of our mentoring system. In addition, members are encouraged to further develop their leadership capabilities by sitting on the Junior League Board of Directors.
