at Fort Wayne

The Junior League University at Fort Wayne (JLUFW) enhances leadership and personal development for Junior League members. Classes are open to all members, sustainers, and if availability, the community at a small fee.

There are 4 tracks for career-pathing (a path assisting members to their goal in League): the Leadership Track, the Membership Track, the Community Track and the Money Track. If a member is interested in a leadership position in a certain area, it is recommended to take those courses associated with that track as well as some in the leadership track. Each League year, JLUFW will offer a minimum of two classes from the Leadership Track and one class from each of the other tracks. There are no requirements to follow certain tracks. All members are free to choose whatever classes interest them.
